Demo 02 · Inside your CRM
From an empty CRM to booked calls.
Press play to watch Acme Ledger's CRM fill, stage by stage. You approve twice: the list, then the copy. Nothing is sent or spent without you.
- Stage 1 of 7, Day one. This is your CRM on day one. Nothing has been sourced, scored or sent. An empty CRM.
- Stage 2 of 7, Sourced. Accounts come in from several databases and scraped sources, modelled on your best customers. 4,060 accounts pulled in from databases, directories and hiring signals.
- Stage 3 of 7, Cleaned and scored. Duplicates and your do-not-contact list come out first. Then AI reads each company's live website and scores it against your ICP. 650 duplicates and do-not-contacts removed. 1,560 accounts fit band A or B.
- Stage 4 of 7, You approve. Nothing that costs money happens until you sign off on the list. You approved 1,480 accounts and took 80 off the list.
- Stage 5 of 7, Verified. We find the decision maker and keep only emails a verifier marks valid. Catch-alls and guesses are dropped. 1,012 decision makers verified. 468 dropped with no safe email.
- Stage 6 of 7, Ready to send. Each contact goes into the campaign written for its signal, with copy you approved. Nothing sends until you say so. Three campaigns loaded, one per signal.
- Stage 7 of 7, Live. Replies are answered the same day, and every interested lead lands here with the full thread. First two weeks: 17 positive replies and 6 calls on your calendar.
